The Olde Attic is a family-run guesthouse and bar on Ballybunion's Main Street, two minutes walk from the famous Ladies' Strand. The guesthouse adjoins a traditional Irish pub, The Olde Attic, which serves pub grub and features regular live music. Centrally located, the Olde Attic has been run by husband and wife Tim Joe and Noreen Griffin for nearly 20 years. Breakfast is served every morning to suit your tastes, be it a continental buffet or full Irish fry. Dietary requirements are easily provided for. Each room is spaciously appointed, with en-suites, TV and WiFi access. Children are welcomed and easily accommodated. The front hall is connected to the dining room, where breakfast is served. Upstairs the second floor is reserved for guests. Guests are also welcome to visit the pub the next door. Tim Joe and Noreen are happy to help with any queries you may have about Ballybunion and its environs and can recommend activities in the locality, or even just provide a cup of tea. Just ask and they will be happy to help! Ballybunion is a town that truly has something for everyone! The world-famous Ballybunion Golf Club is located one kilometre from the B&B and Tim Joe, as an occasional golfer, will be happy to advise you on the course. The beach is conveniently located, whether you want to go for a ramble or take a traditional seaweed bath. The Cliff Walk takes in the ancient Nine-Daughter's Hole and the Virgin Rock. For the more adventurous, a walk up Knockanore is a must to watch the sun set over the Shannon Estuary. Ballybunion is also a night-life hotspot, with several bars within walking distance, from pubs featuring ceilí bands to nightclubs with up-and-coming DJs. On-street parking is available. A number of taxi services the Ballybunion area.
