MilBryn Lodge of Deering- Historical Home

Welcome to this historic circa 1773 home, located in southern New Hampshire, with close proximity to hiking, fishing, and skiing! This pre-revolutionary war home was thoroughly renovated, keeping the antique features combined with modern-day amenities. You will find six fireplaces, alluring murals, wide pine floors, and a 40'x20' great room, with a soaring ceiling that continues into the professional chef's kitchen. Enjoy the patio, beautiful stone walls, on over seven acres of level fields. Rental includes use of the entire house. There is a modern updated kitchen with a Viking six burner gas stove, 2 ovens, and microwave. Rooms are complete with period furniture and many antiques. Additional guests beyond two, incur an additional charge of $75 per person. The Lodge can accommodate a maximum of six people. Additional guests may be allowed, upon request. A caretaker is on the property for help with any concerns during your stay. Parking provided in courtyard. Property is close to Hillsboro where you can find gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. When not in town, I am available by email or phone. This is a rural setting in picturesque southern New Hampshire. You will be a short distance to grocery shopping, hiking, skiing, and boating. Concord, the capital of New Hampshire, is only 30 minutes away. The homestead of our 14th President, Franklin Pierce, is a 15 minute drive. Your stay will require having private transportation. Bedrooms are on the second floor and will require the ability to climb one flight of stairs. The kitchen is completely equipped and there is a granite counter which seats four. A separate dining table in the great room is available for guests of six or more.
