Having had a permanent renter for the last 5 years we are again listing our apartment. Fresh paint, new towels and bedding. Host provides a meet and greet service to welcome you. Discount for stays over 28 days . 1st Floor apartment. Situated less than 500m from the lower gondola station at Ski Resort Mariborsko Pohorje. We are positioned on the main road to the Pohorje Ski Slopes. There are secure shared facilities for ski and cycle storage at the entrance to the main building. Facilities in the apartment are: 2 bedrooms: 1 x king size bed & 1 x double bed. The open plan main living area has 2 large sofas, smart tv ,wifi. Dining for up to 6 and fully fitted kitchen area. There is also a bathroom with bath/shower and laundry facilities and a separate wc. All linen and towels are provided. A weekly clean can be arranged for longer stays at cost. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing and eating outside on warmer days and evenings. Within 25 metres are stops for bus 6 taking you directly into and out of Maribor in 10 minutes. Local supermarket is within 100 metres and bakery is opposite apartment for freshly baked daily breads and pastries. In either direction are a variety of cafe bars and restaurants with local and international dishes. Situated with easy access to mountain and cycling routes into the mountains and surrounding towns. Closer to the cable car station are some cabin bars and small eatery stalls.The village square has a variety of shops including a post office,chemist,cycle hire shop and hair salon. Directly opposite the apartment is a bakery serving freshly baked produce . Arena and Habakuk Hotels both have wellness centers including swimming pools. Dras Hotel has sports facilities inc. badminton,squash and 5 a side football. Public bus No.6 has a stop to and from Maribor within 50 metres of the apartment with a frequency of 30 minutes most days. Costs are 1.20€ each way. Taxis have a fixed rate per km 24 hrs a day. The apartment is strictly no smoking. Tourist and City tax of 2.50€ is payable per night for adults for maximum of 30 days. (this is payable to Jelka who will register your stay)
