Quiet Little Retreat

House is in a quiet residential neighborhood near stores and restaurants. Behind the property is Grant Nature Preserve where you can walk, jog or bike. Nearby is a park with a beach and tennis court. House is conveniently located about an hour from Milwaukee and an hour and twenty minutes to Chicago. House is a cozy little retreat from the city where you can relax and enjoy nature. Long term stays are available. Grant Nature Preserve access from back of the property. I may or not be there when you arrive. I have family in Illinois which necessitate my being there at various times of the year. The neighborhood is quiet and residential located at the Grant Nature Preserve where you can walk, jog or bike. Nearby is a park that has a lake, beach and tennis court. Nearby are many stores and restaurants. It is convenient to Six Flags and many other places. It is really a nice area that you could enjoy spending time in. There are two nearby Metra Stations: Lake Villa and Fox Lake. The Lake Villa route has a transfer to O'Hare Airport and the Fox Lake route goes to Union Station. The property has surveillance cameras for guests and host protection in common areas. Disruption of nature, tampering of cameras by any guest is cause for immediate cancellations of booking without reimbursement or credit. To establish a consistent order of house rules and maintain a great place for all guest, protecting all property, adherences to host house rules and personal security. 24 hour security cameras are essential and a norm for the private and business sectors.
