Smokey Branch Hideaway, amazing lake and mtn views

Come and enjoy staying at Smokey Branch Hideaway. We are located about five miles from the entrance of The Tail of the Dragon on Highway 72. The accommodation is the entire lower floor. Two bedrooms one bath with kitchenette. All utensils including pots and pans and spices, big screen TV in kitchen/living area. The porch has wonderful views of Tellico lake and the Cherohala and Smokey Mountains. Both bedrooms have TV's as well and are connected to wifi. The views of both the lake and the mountains are what we enjoy the most about our property. Outdoor seating, fire pit, and bbq grill supplied with charcoal and starter fluid. Firewood available upon request, just let us know in advance so we can have it available! Guests will have the entire lower floor with fenced in yard for pets. We live on the upper floor and will be available for the majority of stays. Ample parking for cars or motorcycles. Driveway is concrete and almost 1/2 mile long with a nice winding drive through the woods. We do ask that all pets are well mannered and not aggressive towards humans or other animals. Dogs that are excessive barkers will not be tolerated. We would love to socialize with our guests and make them feel at home. We enjoy entertaining and grilling and being outdoors. We also have a back porch that we can still enjoy for our guests that prefer their privacy. We live in a quiet area with neighbors that are not too close. We enjoy outdoor time and respect our neighbors privacy and quiet time after hours. Entertaining and enjoying the evening are encouraged as long as our neighbors are not disturbed by excessive noise after hours. Low speeds should be observed on the driveway because of wildlife that crosses frequently. Car, truck, motorcycle, scooter, boat, canoe, or kayak. Close to Hwy 129 Tail of the Dragon, Tellico lake, Foothills Parkway, Cherohala Parkway, and hiking trails on East Tellico Parkway. Close proximity to Walland, Cades Cove, and Townsend. Tellico Marina and Sequoia Landing Marina both within 10 minute drive.
