The single-room is located on the ground floor of a one-family house. Shower/toilet and kitchen to share with another guest-room (twin-room). Internet WIFI. Without meals. Use of washing machine CHF 20.-/month. 1 parking in front of the house. The owner uses the kitchen to prepare coffee and tea only. Bus stop Oberwil Zentrum can be reached in 5 min. walking. Tram-stop Oberwil Zentrum in 5-10 min. From there you get in 22 minutes with public transport to the fair (change once at Bankverein). To reach Basel City center it takes 13 minutes (directly). Im Kanton BL bezahlen alle Gäste eine Gast-Taxe von CHF 3.50/Nacht, welche für einen Aufenthalt von maximal 30 Nächte berechnet wird. Die Gäste erhalten dafür ein Mobility-Ticket, welches die unentgeltliche Benützung der ÖV im gesamten Gebiet der TNW erlaubt. Ab 1.4.2018 wird Airbnb diese Gebühr einkassieren und an Baselland Tourismus weiterleiten. Wir werden Ihnen das Ticket via print@home zustellen.
