The basement offers a dining room with kitchen, fireplace for BBQs and a doublebed, an entry room with table tennis that can be turned into a sleeping room with 3 beds, a bathroom and a laundry room that can be turned to a double bedroom. The rooms temperature is mild throughout the year.There's a big garden with hans, geese and cats for more company and maybe some suntan. The location is great: 1 h from both seaside and Dolomites national park. Il seminterrato offre un piano indipendente formato da una stanza con sala da pranzo, cucina e piano bar e nella stessa unità è posto un letto doppio ; da un bagno con box doccia e lavatrice, da una stanza d'entrata dove possono essere posizionati altri 3 letti a richiesta; infine dalla lavanderia dove possono essere posizionati 4 letti. Ricordo che il seminterrato è ottimo anche per organizzare feste o cene con grigliata, infatti ci sono anche un angolo camino e una lunga tavolata. Ci sono Wifi e riscaldamnento. L'ambiente è ottimo in ogni stagione, fresco in estate, mite in inverno. Bollette incluse nel prezzo che cambia a seconda del numero di occupanti e lunghezza del periodo. Zona Prosecco con suggestive colline, siamo lungo la strada principale dei colli. Fermata autobus a pochi passi. The location is great: 1 h from both seaside and Dolomites national park. Medieval cities like Conegliano, Treviso, Asolo or Castelfranco Veneto are easy to reach by car (no more than 30 min). U can also use a bus, the stop within a few steps from the house. Besides u can get a train to Venice (50 min) from Conegliano or Susegana stop. This area is famous for wine production, fancy any Prosecco tasting? In fact the scenery is wonderful, imagine hills with vine terraces and the mountains as a backdrop. The whole basemet is available, you can also stroll on the garden. If you need some bikes I can give you those! My daddy Toni and I live in the first floor, we're always there for any questions or help. The area of Quartier del Piave is a cradle of green traditions surrounded by the Prosecco hills to the north and Montello to the south. It's famous for Prosecco wine and the river Piave where the WWI was fought. The place is paradise for hikers, cyclers, trail runners and in general for sportsmen and nature lovers. All the seasons are enjoyable here and many are the festivals and fairs occurring. The handycraft fair in Cison di Valmareno during August is a must-see, the several beer and wine festivals from April to July are lots of fun, The grape parade, the harvest and the chestnut festivals in Autumn are colorful, in Winter the nativity scenes and the Christmas markets are adorable! The best way of exploring the area is by car, motorbike or bicycle. The bus stop is 30 meters away but bear in mind buses aren't so frequent. Free parking along the garden hedge on the street. Sometimes we need to use the washing machine in the bathroom. We won't disturb during the night of course.
