Farmhouse that's only 1hr from Melb

Our rustic house is set in bush and farmland with a quiet serenity. See kangaroo, wallaby, and cockatoos from the verandah and (sometimes) kookaburra, wombat and echidna if you walk quietly through the bush. Or just chat with the cows or watch the hops growing in season. Great vineyards nearby! Quiet country house with access to our bush or the Cobaw State Forest. Native flora and fauna as well as farmland and a creek that is often running. Dams for swimming or yabbying in the summer. Warm fireplace in the winter. Lancefield farmers market each month and vineyards up the road and in the area. 1 hours easy drive from Melbourne. Full cooking facilities Kayak for the dam Pre-loved bicycles Eclectic books TV We are at the farm 2 -3 days per week but are only an hour away if needed when we are not there The area is quietly developing an eclectic nature with vineyards up the road, coffee roasters over the back and our nascent hops crop just to name a few. Hanging Rock and the more established tourist areas around Mt Macedon are close enough (15 mins) to visit but far enough away to not impinge There is a train/bus service to Lancefield from Melbourne that takes 90 minutes but we are still 7kms out of Lancefield and there is no public transport for that section Full cooking facilities Kayak for the dam Few books TV We are at the farm 3 - 4 days per week (this is only because our farm is a working farm), but are only an hour away if anything occurs.
