The Annex at Crowlas, kitchen, bathroom and patio

Our Cornish Annex offers a chance to visit the beautiful beaches on the north and south coast of Cornwall. Located on the main road, St Michaels mount and the beautiful Mounts Bay is just a 5 minute drive away, as is stunning St Ives. There are beautiful walks nearby including the St Michaels Way walk and the coastal footpath. Enjoy a private entrance with kitchenette, tv with netflix and comfy sofa to relax on after taking in the sights of south Cornwall. There is on road parking. We have a en-suite bedroom with wardrobe space and a cot available on request. Downstairs is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, two ring hob and toaster. We will provide tea and coffee and a bottle of milk as nothing is more important than that first cup of tea after travelling down! We also provide some cereals so that you dont have to rush to the supermarkets for breakfasts. There is a small Lounge with a sofa and tv with WiFi and Netflix. Nearby is a spar shop, post office and excellent Chinese takeaway all within 150m of the front door. You are welcome to use the small courtyard to the side of the property. There are outside chairs and a table available. We are adhering to all the COVID guidance and cleaning protocols, check in can be completely contact free but we are available if there are any problems. We are a family home and would love to welcome you for a stay. Access via separate front door to private kitchen/lounge then up stairs to en-suite bedroom. Check in can be completely contact free otherwise we are in the adjoining property for any problems. Crowlas is a little village on A30 to Penzance and is on the main bus routes to st ives and hayle. There is a pub, spar shop, post office and Chinese takeaway in the village all within walking distance. It is ideal for getting around and exploring west Cornwall. Although we are situated on the main road we have very good double glazing which does filter out the trafficnoise. usually by 8pm traffic is much quieter in Cornwall anyway. Property is on the main bus route and approximately 4miles from train stations at either Penzance or St Erth and from there you can get the stunning railway trip into st ives and take in the breathtaking views of lelant and carbis bay beaches. The annex is completely private, it has its own front door, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Our house adjoins by locking internal doors so although we can be on hand for any problems during your stay, check in and out can be completely contactless.
