Our Parent's House. Family House for rent

Our Parent's House is a two-floor house in Skala Kallirachis, 20 meters from the sea. We are offer big discounts for weekly accomodation all summer Our Parent's House was built by Theodoros Vourvoutsiotis and his brothers, in the early '50s. It was a classic rural family house with thick stone walls, developed on two floors: On lower floor, they kept their crop and tools. Upstairs the family used to live. Renovated in 2007. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms available: two have a double bed and in the third, communicating with the second (ideal for families with children) there is a single bed and a double bunk bed! The entire lower floor is single and includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a toilet. In our yard, small but functional, the century-old olive tree dominates. Beneath its shade you can enjoy your coffee, while around our flower-beds there are vines, peach and lemon trees and a variety of aromatic plants. In the background, there is a covered outdoor gas cooker and a built-in BBQ. Visitors have access to all areas of the house except a warehouse (where bedsheets/towels are stored), and a toolroom in the courtyard Most days of the year I stay in Kavala. but I am at your disposal whenever you need me ... A few minutes on foot, the square of the village offers a marketplace with all the necessary stores (shops) during your holidays: mini market, bakery, butcher shop, drug store, café, restaurants. In a short distance (about 80m) there is the closest beach (not organized) while the closest one is at 150m approx. which contains umbrellas, sunbeds, café... Each Monday morning in the small village of Prinos the Public Market is open where you can buy Fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the producers. There are two bus stations in the short distance of 100m and 300m respectively. The capital of the island is Limenas which is approximately 20 km away towards the south, while Limenaria and Potos are at 16 and 20 km towards the North. In between there are countless beaches you can visit, shops, Banks etc Our parents’ house provides everything that you need. I mean it was and it still a habitable house. Features a fully equipped kitchen with a large Fridge, electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator and Many small appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc), all the necessary cooking utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knifes, spoons, frying pans etc). It also has an open-air kitchen with petrogas (idk what that even is) and a built ΒΒQ. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. According to the Greek law concerning short-term rents, we do not offer any hotel-like service such as cleaning, change of linen, etc., but for long-term bookings there will be available materials to serve yourself. The house is situated on the main road, you have to know that there is always the possibility of car noise.
