Set amongst the bush amid the world-renowned Yarra Valley wine region, our luxurious B&B accommodation is unique in both design and detail. The interior is lavished in custom-made comforts, effortlessly complimented by a private deck and swimming pool that overlooks our bush setting. Rest and relax amid our Boho-luxe style that creates a uniquely modern, yet warm, cosy and oh-so-natural space. Fingers crossed, you’ll never want to leave. The Space If you book in a stay at our accommodation, you’ll be treated to: Two fully-appointed bedrooms, including: oA main bedroom with a Queen Size Bed oA second bedroom with a king size bed that can be converted to two king singles oPlus, there is also a sofa bed in the sitting room, meaning the space can comfortably house six guests The open plan design means that everything flows from the kitchen, dining and lounge room out through sliding glass doors and onto a large deck area The deck overlooks a pool, with a vista of a beautiful bush setting, that includes a dam .The pool is exclusive to Bnb guests only and consists of a BBQ and sun lounges. The bathroom features a spa bath, heated towel rail and an open dual shower. Please note: the bathroom is part of/adjoins the main bedroom so if you a staying with others you will need to plan around this. The toilet is separate though! In addition to free Wi-Fi, you'll also have access to an HD 60" TV that is connected to Netflix All you can drink coffee, with your own Nespresso coffee machine Free parking at the front of the property Access to our neighbouring Dark Horse Café. The design is Boho-luxe—a style defined by its warmth, and relaxing nature. Luxurious bedding. A 4-Seater round dining table Luxe, soft furnishings throughout A white cane hanging chair on the deck – the perfect position to take in the beautiful bush surrounds. Please note: The property adjoins to another house next door. There is an internal door that is double locked (on both sides) between the 2 properties. Rest assured the our property remains completely private. The B&B is exclusively your area. Most of the house is accessible to guests, with the exception of a couple of cupboards that are locked for storage. Your comfort and enjoyment are our first priority. This means that we’re always available via phone to help with any questions or concerns that you may have. Located on the grounds you will find the Dark Horse cafe. The Dark Horse cafe operates 8am-4pm and serves amazing breakfasts and lunch Wed-Sun. The property adjoins to another house next door. There is a door between the properties that is double locked (on both sides) and we can assure you complete privacy. Our neighbours are lovely and quiet... The area is frequently visited by locals and visitors to the Yarra Valley, because of its local country feel. The Dark Horse cafe is a favourite for tourists and weekends, so does get busy on weekends!! You will need a car to get around. The B&B has parking right at your doorstep which is safe and secure. Also, making it easy to get things in and out of the car!! Located on the property are The Dark Horse Café serves an excellent breakfast and Gallery 765 which showcases beautiful art from local artists. Our pantry is always stocked with Cereals and all the basics you will need to cook up a meal. So it’s up to you, if you wish to utilise or bring your own. We really want you to feel at home, so we only have two rules: The B&B is designed to sleep a maximum of six people. So please, no more. We do charge an extra $75 per person if more than four people are staying. Weddings. We have hosted many many weddings and wish to help make your day special so please let us know if you are planning to stay as part of your wedding. We just need to ensure we are aware of who and how many people you will be having on the property. For example, hairdresser, make-up, photographer, bridal party, family etc. We will do our upmost to accommodate your needs but we need to ensure numbers are kept tight. Extra Charges may apply. We don’t have the facilities for any furry friends, so please leave them at home.
