The whole apartment was fully renovated in 2016. The new bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as the fully equipped kitchen are high class standard. Only 50m from the next tram station you're easily at the main train station, the city centre or the residence. Both bedrooms have a TV and 1,80m kingsize beds. The mattresses are high quality to make you have a comfortable stay. Every bedroom has a 1,80m bed with very good mattresses, a wardrobe and a TV. Every bedroom has roller blinds to dim out light. One of the bedrooms offers a small working place for those who need to use their laptop. The small bathroom with mosaic tiles consists of a big bathtub with shower, toilet and a small sink. The huge kitchen with a sitting area, dish washer, oven, 4 stove tops and a big fridge is equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. A Senseo coffe machine as well as some coffee pads make your early morning easier. We even provide oil, spices, sugar and tea. I won't be there to greet you but can be contacted any time. Close to the city center the district Zellerau is one of the most fancy ones in Würzburg. Many shops, supermarkets, restaurant and cafes are only 100m away from the apartment. Even a bike rental and a playground (300m). It's a lively part of the town with families, students, couples and seniors living there. 50m from tram station Hartmannstraße. Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurants only 100m. A huge public parking (free of charge) is only 900m away.
