Beautiful quiet spacious home in Heswall!

My place is warm and comfortable in a quiet leafy location within walking distance of Heswall town, which has many restaurants, pubs and shops. I look forward to meeting guests from all corners of the world and will share my local knowledge and make their stay here as relaxing as I can! The Wirral is a truly beautiful area with beaches, safe cycling and walking along the Wirral Way, plenty to see on our doorstep! My place is only a two minute walk to a regular bus service into Liverpool. The spacious bedroom has a vanity unit with shaver socket and looks on to a private back garden. Tea and coffee are available in your room and breakfast can be enjoyed in the conservatory or out in the garden if the weather is kind! There is another double bedroom available and I can accommodate two couples or offer two bedrooms. The TV room is comfortable and readily available for guests to use. I would always look forward to socialising with guests and giving any helpful information but allow them to enjoy their space if they want to! My home is close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, sports facilities such as tennis and golf, RSPB wetlands, Ness gardens and a 15 minute drive from catching a ferry to Liverpool! Bus is a two minute walk away to take you to nearby places or to Liverpool city centre. Nova Restaurant Heswall has exceptional food just a short walk from here! Check out their website! We are also lucky enough to have a very good Indian restaurant and Italian along with several other culinary options! Trains regularly run from West Kirby, a seaside town close by, into Liverpool and surrounding areas. The Wirral is a perfect area for biking! Shoes off at the back door please! Slippers will be available! We would appreciate guests turning lights off when not needed to save energy & money! As already advised I have two double bedrooms but if two are required for two or more guests could you let me know when booking. Some guests book for two people but require two bedrooms! It would be helpful when requesting to book if you could confirm that you have been double vaccinated! If guests need to bring more than one car could they please let us know in advance. Thank you!
