Large newly renovated home/cottage located in Bobcaygeon, ON (Kawartha Lakes) with oversize BBQ, 6 separate couch/sitting areas, extra large flat screen smart TV, 3 fridges, large screened in porch with L-shape outdoor couch, patio table, pool table, ping pong, running machine, spin bike, weights, seasonal dock, and excellent swimming, sandy bottom lakefront. The large addition (renovation) essentially provides good separation for activities in different parts of the house, particularly if young children are sleeping, there is good separation from noise. There is a smaller 3 bedroom cottage next door for rent for multi-family vacations. Ductless Air Conditioning is available at extra cost. Whole house except garage. Sometimes, there may be shared access with neighbor for: Trampoline, Canoe and 2 Kayaks and one-half of the dock. Empty lot on other side of the cottage is privately owned by a third party. Host is always available Very private, plenty of parking, and close to Eganridge Golf Course. The smaller 3 bedroom, newly renovated white cottage next door is available for rent as well for multi-family vacation. Respectful Covid Distancing practice with community is mandatory. Guests are to be conscious of water use, as the house is on a well system. Air Conditioning is available in the bedrooms (ductless) at an extra cost of $25 per day. Garbage and Recycling Management is a MUST (all bags supplied). There is no limit on recycling, but renters must manage and divide up the recycling properly, and place in the proper bins provided. This is a strict policy! All booze bottles must be taken off the premises at check out. Unfortunately, we have to charge $100 against the Damage Deposit (to a maximum of $300) for: (i) each instance that the home is not left in the exact condition as arrival ($100); (ii) where more than 2 bags of garbage is left behind ($100); and (iii) where recycling is not divided properly into the recycling bins ($100).
