Experience the old charm of the Cincinnati area with a totally updated shotgun style home! Enjoy the stylish butcher's block counters in the kitchen and the stone fireplace accent in the living room. The bedroom features an electric fireplace is an aesthetic feature to help you unwind and enjoy your visit to this quaint home. The kitchen includes cooking ware, a coffee machine, toaster, pots & pans, etc. Plates, bowls, cups, silverware, baking utensils, and more! A washer and dryer is accessible to guests in the home. There is off-street parking along side the house that can accommodate approximately four vehicles. There is additional on street parking in front of the house. This home is "Shotgun Style" which means that from the street it is very long and narrow. From the front door, you walk immediately into the front room. You can see straight down the hallway to the end of the house. As you pass through the front living room, you approach the main bedroom with the king size bed. If you proceed to the back of the house, you will find the kitchen, dining, and bathroom areas. There is an exit at the back of the house, but we prefer you utilize the front door only please. This is a private home. You and your guests will have access to the home exclusively during your reservation! There is a living room, bedroom, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and a small laundry room at the back of the house. The kitchen is furnished and available for use. We also provide towels and bedding! Guests are able to checkin to the property using an electronic key pad on the front door. Heather is always happy to answer questions via the Airbnb app or via a phone call if needed. This property has convenient and quick access to 275, which can take you up to Cincinnati or loop you around Northern Kentucky to other local attractions. It is approximately a 3 minute drive from this property to 275. It is approximately 10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati! It is a quick drive to reach local dining, groceries, and shops. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. A $250 fine will be assess for evidence or scent of smoke, pot, marijuana, vaping, etc. PLEASE respect our property.
