This charming 200 year old cottage is strategically located in the small seaside town of Cotuit MA. Directly across the street from quiet Ropes Beach, this summer home has been in the same family for four generations. Beautiful sunrises over the bay and soft sunsets in a peaceful setting are something special to be had here during the summer on the Cape. This is exactly what you would expect in a 200 year old cottage: steep staircase to the second floor with an outside shower. Guests can expect a very tranquil atmosphere with friendly locals and quiet times. Host will be available to greet the guests as needed. A short 10 minute stroll away leads you to many a locals favorite restaurant, general store, post office, library, park, and several antique shops that have adorned the village for many years. A The town also is home to the Cotuit Kettleers baseball team. This college fed league, which is the best in the country, has produced numerous famous pro baseball players. Most activities and antique shops are a short 10 minute walk away. Supermarket shopping, along with a quaint unique plaza know as the Mashpee Commons is a near 15 minute drive. The Islands of Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket are a boat ride away from neighboring Hyannis and Falmouth.
