Cosy Cottage in central location near Edinburgh

Beautiful 3 bed cottage based in central Bathgate. Sunnybank cottage is fully fitted out with everything you could require including spacious rooms and a wood burning stove. Free On street parking and a large garden with lots of outdoor space. We are located a 5-minute walk to Bathgate train station. The city centre of Edinburgh is just 20 minutes train journey, with trains every 15 mins. There are also direct trains to Glasgow, only 50 minutes journey. Edinburgh airport is 15 minutes' drive. Bedroom 1 - the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and there is a double sofa bed on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Family bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. There is a large family lounge with TV. The dining room has a double sofa bed. We are also centrally located for Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk, Stirling and nearby there are lots of outdoor activities in the local area for all age groups. I will be available to help provide information to make your stay comfortable. Corner shop and other large supermarkets nearby. The town centre, which is only a 5-minute walk, offers pubs, cafes and restaurants. Bathgate train station is a 5 minute walk for travel to both Edinburgh and Glasgow
