Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom

The property is in a picturesque area in a semi-rural village location but only 4 miles from the A55 motorway, beaches and close to Snowdonia. There is a golf course, post office, shop, petrol station and pub/restaurant within the village. The house is a very comfortable space and a warm and friendly welcome awaits you. There is one flight of stairs leading to one double bedroom with ensuite and one twin bedded guest room.. The back garden is private and tranquil and offers seating and paved patio area and also a decking area. Off road parking is available. Betws yn Rhos is a semi-rural village with stunning scenery but only 4 miles from the A55 motorway and 5 miles from beaches and Colwyn Bay. Snowdonia, Castles and many tourist attractions are on your doorstep with something to offer everyone. The use of a car is essential as the property is in a rural location. It should be noted that 5 cats stay at the property.
