Claudia's Cowgirl Cottage
A quaint house built in the 1920's, filled with Gramma's charming furniture and cowgirl memorabilia. It is in a small town quiet neighborhood three blocks from the World Famous Mammoth Site, a ten minute walk from historic downtown Hot Springs with Evans Plunge Natural Hot Springs and area restaurants. It is very convenient to Wind Cave National Park, Angostura State Park and Lake, Custer State Park, The Wild Horse Sanctuary and all Black Hills attractions. Guest has full use of my main floor suite consisting of 610 sq. feet. My house is located in a quiet neighborhood with wide streets. It is perfect for walking and biking. I will provide a fresh-baked loaf of bread. I provide fresh coffee beans, coffee mill, and a french press. You are welcome to any condiments or whatever you can find in my frig! Cooking utensils, dishes etc. are provided. Claudia stays in a vintage trailer in back yard and is available for any questions or advice on fun things to do. A quiet renter lives in the downstairs of the cottage with a separate entrance. Guests use the front entrance private for their own use. I will be available and willing to share my local experience with you. Feel free to ask any time. Privacy is totally respected, also. I like fun stories shared around the fire pit but like alone time myself! My neighborhood is near local city parks, a quick walk to historic downtown with sandstone buildings listed on the Historic Register, and beautiful Freedom Trail which follows along beautiful Fall River. Two laundromats are located within three blocks of the Cottage. TV is available with ROKU. (Netflix, news, YOUTUBE and more) Claudia does not use chemical cleaners or highly scented detergents.
