A traditional period cottage built at the same time as the Wookey Hole Paper Mill, around 1883. A beautiful period cottage set at the foot of The Mendip Hills with direct access to Ebbor Gorge and The West Mendip Way direct from the front door. Located in the heart of Wookey Hole itself, although also set back at the end of a peaceful country lane. Just a short walk to both the Wookey Hole Caves and The Wookey Hole Inn, a brilliant family and dog friendly pub with a spacious garden, serving fabulous food. With two generous sized bedrooms, a family sized bathroom with an extra large free standing bath and double size shower cubicle with the option of either a deluge or detachable shower head. The lounge comfortably seats 5 adults with a cosy wood burner to use freely. The kitchen benefits from a double oven range cooker which looks out onto the dining room with a table big enough to seat six. There you'll also find a door through to the utility room with washing machine and downstairs toilet. The garden is situated to the front of the house with custom made bench seating and barbeque area for chilled evenings listening to the owls hooting in the trees surrounding the area.
