All private fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom top floor security apartment with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, balcony, safe, linen, towels, etc. Balcony contains an outdoor setting which you can use to smoke with balcony door closed, however, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The flooring in the living room are polished wood, with carpeted bedrooms. The windows can be opened in the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartment includes reverse cycle air conditioner which you can set your own desired temperature, plus there are portable heaters and fans if required. There is no designated parking space onsite, however, there is free street parking if required. The apartment is located only 5 minutes walk from the Kogarah station, supermarkets, cafes, etc. The apartment is positioned on top floor of the building that includes security intercom, towards the rear with district views away from street noise.
