My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The apartment is under 5 minutes walk from the station, shops, restaurants, and cafes. 30 minutes walk to Brighton Le Sands beach. The apartment is positioned in Queen Victoria Street, near Warialda Street, so only 300 metres from Kogarah station. All private fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom top floor security apartment with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, balcony, safe, linen, towels, etc. Balcony contains an outdoor setting which you can use to smoke with balcony door closed, however, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The flooring in the living room are polished wood, with carpeted bedrooms. The windows can be opened in the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartment includes reverse cycle air conditioner which you can set your own desired temperature, plus there are portable heaters and fans if required. There is no designated parking space onsite, however, there is free street parking if required. The apartment is located only 5 minutes walk from the Kogarah station, supermarkets, cafes, etc. The apartment is positioned on top floor of the building that includes security intercom, towards the rear with district views away from street noise. Entire apartment with balcony is for your personal use, without sharing. We are contactable by airbnb app, email, phone, sms, viber, and we chat, etc between 9am and 9pm 7 days a week and other times in case you booked early check-in or late check-in, or in case of urgent need. We meet you onsite and show you things you need to know in the apartment and provide you with required information such nearest supermarket, etc. St George hospital is located under 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is under 5 minutes walk from the station, shops, restaurants, and cafes. 30 minutes walk to Brighton Le Sands beach. Parking is free on the street. This apartment is positioned on top floor of the building, includes security intercom, on level 3 facing away from the street in a quiet side with district outlook. This apartment is pet friendly and may include feather filled pillows and quilts which may not suit guests with allergies, and as our apartment is positioned on top floor of the building without lifts, it will impact on some elderly guests. Cot, high chair, stroller are available if required, additional charges may apply. This apartment is in low budget range and not a luxury apartment in a new/modern building, so there are no lifts, so you will need to walk up 3 levels of stairs.
