The Beach House

"The Beach House" is our little home away from home. You will enjoy sole access to our comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in beautiful Port Noarlunga. Situated on the top of the Hill and 1 street back from the Esplanade, it is walking distance to the Beach, shops, Restaurants, Coffee shops and Supermarkets. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and beach views. Also nearby is Collonades shopping centre and the McLaren Vale Wine Region. Light and bright decor. Reverse cylce airconditioning, Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is not provided however there is a fully stocked pantry including tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and non perishable items. High Chair and Safety gate for stairs. There is adequate off street parking so please leave one of the car parks on the street free for our neighbour. The unit is our holiday house. We will be contactable by phone if you encounter any problems or need assistance. The bedroom lights and fans operate from a remote. Please ensure that the light switch is turned on to activate the remote and then operate lights and fan from the remote. Port Noarlunga and Christies Beach (both beautiful beaches) boast an array of coffee shops and restuarants all within walking distance of the unit. Close to public transport, Collonades shopping centre, Cinemas, Noarlunga Liesure Centre and Noarlunga Ice Rink. McLaren Vale Wine region only 15 min drive Enjoy cycling, walking tracks, kayaking, snorkeling, surfing,swimming, fishing or just relaxing on the beach. Bus stop very close to the unit Train station at Noarlunga Centre We respectfully ask that prior to your departure all dishes are done, benches wiped down and rubbish removed. Could you also ensure that all of the doors are locked and keys are returned to the lock box. Could you also check that lights and AC/heating are turned off, windows closed and blinds drawn.
