The Coach House is a recently renovated self-contained studio on the property of an historic house in Arncliffe, Sydney. Relax in the 1 bed holiday/overnight accommodation. The Coach House is located at the entrance to the hosts private family residence with a shared entrance lobby and views over their private garden. ‘The Coach House’ consists of a bedroom with a white ‘country-style’ timber double bed, a hotel-style kitchenette area which doubles as a dining/study area with table and 2 chairs, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom amenities: A double bed with high quality bed linen, bedside reading lamps and drawer units, WiFi connected 32-inch Smart TV. Kitchenette/Study amenities: Wardrobe, Fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Toaster, Kettle, Extendable Table and 2 Chairs, Plates, Glasses & Cutlery – NO INTERNAL COOKING FACILITIES. Bathroom amenities: Shower, Toilet, Sink, Mirror, Soft Fluffy Towels, Hairdryer. General amenities: WiFi, Use of BBQ area and outdoor table and chairs, Fan/Heater. Available on request: Iron & Ironing Board. Lots of free on-street parking available. However, a free off-street parking space can be provided if no spaces available on-street. 'The Coach House' is close to Sydney Airport with the International Terminal being a short 6-8 minute drive and the Domestic Terminal being a 10-14 minute drive. Dependent on traffic conditions. 'The Coach House' is also ideally located for access to transport, with Banksia, Arncliffe and Turrella Stations all within a 20 minute (or less) walk, and easy access for those with vehicles to the Princes Highway, M5 and M1. A local convenience store is located a short 5 minute walk from the property. Guests can access the shared entrance lobby, 'The Coach House', as indicated on the plan included and also the shared BBQ and outdoor table area as indicated in the pictures. The rest of the Garden is not for use and is part of the hosts property. Your hosts, Kevin and Emma, will be happy to provide advice on visiting and getting around Sydney’s attractions, cultural events, beaches and National parks.
