A beautiful large family home with garden in the heart of 7 Dials - one of Brighton's most sought after areas with lovely restaurants, shops & bars on your doorstep, offering a fun cosmopolitan city by the sea that Brighton & Hove is famous for! Minutes from two beautiful parks, an outdoor theatre, 15 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes bus ride or 20 minute walk to either Brighton or Hove train stations. 15 minute drive to the spectacular walks and pubs of the South Downs. The living area has a lovely bright spacious feel. Comfortable sofas mean you can curl up with a book after a day at the beach or the South Downs. With high ceilings and a comfortable king size bed lined with Egyptian-cotton sheets, the bedroom offers restful times, a quiet and healthy sleep and plenty of storage. A spacious children’s bedroom offers a full-size single bunkbeds and a wigwam. The fully-equipped light filled kitchen further allows a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the dining area by the window a great opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal. The garden provides an excellent opportunity to wind down and enjoy a late-afternoon drink and catch the last few rays of sunlight before heading out for the evening. There is one bathroom in the property, equipped with a toilet, shower, and a bathtub and a separate toilet downstairs. You will have full private access of the property for the duration of your stay. Hire a bike, jump on a bus two streets away which takes you through Brighton and along the coast. Walk as everything is walking distance. Drive or cycle up to the South downs. Hire a paddle-board and coast along the seafront. It is all here and it is all very easily accessible. That is why we love it here. On street metered parking out the front. Both Brighton and Hove train stations are a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride. I will be away but reachable on email.
