Hello ! Me and my girlfriend are offering you a room with private balcony in our calm and cozy flat. I’m an egyptian architect and she is a french student living in Cairo since 2 years. We also have a cute dog very friendly. The flat is located centrally, 5 mins walking to the nile, 10 mins walking to the metro (tahrir or sayeda zeinab), 10 min walking to the French institute, 10 min taxi to zamalek. Close to banks and shops. Please note unmarried egyptian couples are not permitted. This area is considered as one of the best and quiet options you might get in Cairo. It’s also very safe as many big companies and embassies are surrounding the flat. You have access to all the facilities of the flat. My girlfriend and I are very helpful and welcoming and would love to share with you any information you might need during your staying at our place . Our neighborhood is very quiet and the balacony surrounded by trees and the people who are living in this district are from all over the world thats why our area ranked one of the most popular areas for travelers in cairo Once you arrive at the location you can park infront of the building on the line of the cars parking. You will love walking in Garden city and give a look to the historical buildings from the time of Mohammed Ali. We are in the middle of an open museum. You can also find several cozy cafes in this area, were people come to get their morning drink and there are alot of workspace ,lundries,supermarkets,shops,restaurants,,smoking allowed in the balacony . We are very easy going and respectful. We just have a sleeping time which should be very quiet hours : From 11pm to 8 am.
