The Cozy Guest Cottage offers comfort and convenience having been recently refurbished and lightly decorated. It features a kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and an additional room set up with a double bed with washer and dryer that could also be used as an office or nursery. The Cozy Guest Cottage is ideal for two to four guests. Up to three additional guests can be accommodated for short-term stays (of 3 nights or less) in the living room on the couch and a queen air mattress (provided upon request). Long term rental is available at the monthly rate. Enjoy full private access to the Cozy Guest Cottage all to your own. There are no other guests staying at the same time as you. Enjoy complete privacy with the Cozy Guest Cottage all to your own. The hosts live in the big house about 300 feet up the driveway.
