Close to Ballarat and the gold fields, the property has an abundance of wildlife, including our emus, and native birds. It is very private, with a stunning outlook over the water catchment. The unit has a large, moPdern open plan kitchen/dining/living room with split system heating/cooling. Perfectly situated for visits to Ballarat and surrounds, and ideal for day trips to Daylesford, Geelong and the Great Ocean Road. Proof of double Covid 19 vaccination required for all eligible guests. We have a full sized stove and fridge as well as a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. We also have dvd's, books and board games available for your use. We are available for any queries you may have, or to help in any way we can. We are in a quiet rural setting, with abundant birdlife and native animals
