The Waterbury Dam is 1 mile from us and provides great kayaking, fishing or swimming. Enjoy your coffee or wine on your private deck and enjoy the spectacular views. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it stays a cool 65 degrees on most days - you may even want to turn on the heat early on a summer morning! The apartment has a large sunny living room and kitchen. The kitchen has the necessary tools to prepare meals. Hospital grade air cleaning system used between each reservation. Guests will have full access to the apartment and grounds. Parking is available on site. However, a car will be required to travel to restaurants, grocery stores and tourist sites. Your hosts will be available when you check in and if needed. Located just 20 minutes from Stowe, Vermont if you love skiing or just touring the picturesque town and 30 minutes to beautiful downtown Burlington, Vermont located on Lake Champlain. Outdoor and cultural activities abound as well as a variety of local breweries! Public transportation is not available. Beautiful views; kayaking and boating close by.
