Dream Villa on Lake Maggiore

An exclusive, peaceful and bright location 4 your italian summer A very special building , thanks to its large glass windows and the almost full lack of corners, replaced by vaults and smoothly joint surfaces. There are privat dock and private meadow by the shore. The Villa is located in Reno, a very small site in Leggiuno municipality, on the Lombardy side of lake Maggiore. Quite famous in fact because of the presence of S.Caterina del Sasso sanctuary in the area, an ancient monastery built in 14th century composed by Church, dormitory and few other small buildings, right on the top of the rocks sheer on the water. The Villa is easy to reach, 35 km from Malpensa airport and 10 minutes drive from both Railway stations in Laveno. The Villa is situated in the North part of the village, on a falling sharply ground of rocks and grass that goes down to the lake, right in the middle of a chest- nuts and oak trees small wood. The minimum stay in the villa is one week starting on saturday. High Season: from June 20th to September 20th € 5.400,00 Medium Season: from December 20th to January 10th - April , May until June 20th € 4.000,00 Low Season: from September 20th to December 20th , from January 10th to the end of March € 3.000,00 Prices to agree for rents longer than a week The Villa includes: • n. 1 large living room with dining area, and a large terrace facing the lake • n. 2 double bedroom with private bathroom and terrace overlooking the lake • n. 2 twin bedrooms • n 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds • n. 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom + n. 1 bathroom outside on the terrace • Wardrobe with terrace • kitchen with pantryroom • portable BBQ, washing machine, dish-washer, ice cubes maker, freezer, fridge, satellite TV(free channels if you do not have a sky card), free internet Wi-Fi ADSL, table tennis • privat parking for 4 cars Baby- bed available. The villa is not recomended for elderly people with mobility problems as there are many levels and stairs. Smoking is aloud. You can book the villa for at least one week during summertime and in some special periods of the year. Check in on Saturday between 16.00 and 19.00. Check out on Saturday before 10.00 in the morning. Agreements for special requests can be done. Deposit: € 1000 (cash at the check in) Final cleaning: € 200 (to be paid when checking out) Bed linen change once a week, towels change twice a week, house cleaning on wednesday (only for two weeks staying) and Saturday (3 hours/day) Extra cleaning: 20 Euro per hour to pay directly to the house keeper You may not use the fire place We will not be there during your stay, but you may always contact us. Marina, the house keeper, lives close to the villa and will be pleased to help you if you call her.
