Amazing villa only 5 min away from Sea of Galilee! In this villa, you will have the perfect vacation with pool, jacuzzi, bbq, kitchen, well-furnished rooms and everything that you will need! This Spacious & Modern villa is the perfect place to relax near the Sea of Galilee. There are 4 bedrooms, a big pool and Jacuzzi that fin 7 people, cable TV, air conditioned and provide a lot of space. The kitchen is well utilized with microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee bar with an espresso machine, and a wooden bar. Important Note: Due to COVID-19 instructions the use of Jacuzzi is not allowed. The Villa operates according to the instructions from Israeli Ministry of Health. We are located 5 min away from Sea of Galilee beach and Jordan Valley. We are located 10 min away from city of Tiberius. Located on a main route and its a great setting point for outdoors attractions you can find in the area, such as: 4 wheeler tours, 4*4 tours, Horseback Riding, Bicycles Riding, Water Sports, Museums, etc etc... We provide coupons for large verity of activities. There is a synagogue near by, and also a Mini-market. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 17% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
