Industrial Art-workshop Loft 900sqf

We have used the space for our private art-workshop for many years and all my friends visited recommended listing in Airbnb and now we're open to public for private party and staying over night in this exotic space. I have to say it is NOT a typical house or an apartment with all conveniences but it should please some folks who appreciate what we can offer. Industrial terrazzo flooring and no ceiling BUT 'nice and cozy beds', 'generous dining table for 8+', and 'long desks' to enjoy. Access stair and corridor shall be shared with guests on othe floor with key 보시고 계시는 3층 공간은 저희가 지금도 작업실로 사용하곤 하는 곳이어서 일반적인 주택과는 많이 다릅니다. 화장실도 외부에 있고, 샤워는 적당히 할 수 있는 정도이구요. 이런 점들 미리 양해 부탁을 드립니다. 숙소 개념보다는 파티나 모임을 하는 장소로 생각하시면 문제 없으실 것 같구요.
