A great all year round location to explore Devon/Cornwall ranging from the hustle and bustle of the summer to the tranquil autumn/winter & spring. A haven if you have dogs with woodland walks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Villa is light and airy with everything new and decorated in fresh colours with a contemporary seaside feel. Everything is brand new. Our sister Villa Ocean View same layout and similar style is 10 meters away ideal for Families wanting to holiday together. The View from the balcony is nothing but spectacular 52 weeks of the year. The beach facilities also include beach bar and separate bistro/restaurant. Highchair/bed guard available on request free of charge There are 73 steps to the Villa which is well worth the beach and sea view. 1-2 small dogs allowed free of charge but please let us know when booking I am available by email or mobile throughtout your stay and we live 20 minutes away for emergencies Situated in the beautiful Cornish valley of Millendreath and 1 mile from the historic village of Looe, Millendreath is one of Cornwall's hidden gems There is a coastal walk to Looe which is before the pub steps on the right hand side. There is a taxi service and buses from the top of the hill by Looe Bay Holiday Park. There is a train station nearby in Looe, a car is recommended but not essential. There will be £10 credit on the electric meter prior to your stay, electric cards can be purchased on site 24/7 cash only.
