The living space comprises a KIngsize bed with an ensuite PRIVATE bathroom (NOT SHARED), a sunroom offers a small living / relaxing area with its own private entry / exit, the sunroom provides stunning views of Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth. We now have a private outside patio to sit on warm days. Sorry the space would not accommodate any pets. The space is attached to our property but this is closed off inside. Guests will have their own entrance & exit by way of the sunroom door, this is also where guests will be able to sit, eat & relax within a comfortable sitting area. There is a new mini kitchen with all the necessary kitchen items. Crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, small fridge, microwave and sink. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, butter, jam, milk and bread all provided and the odd packet of biscuits! You can now sit outside on your own private patio area. If we are around and you need anything just let us know. Your space is private but we are attached. 2 local beaches, golf course, 3 public houses, 2 restaurants, and 2 local convenience stores a butcher and baker are all within 5 minutes walk. Burntisland is a couple of miles away and has cafes and restaurants - walkable over Pettycur beach when the tide is out. Pettycur Bay holiday park has a swimming pool, restaurant and bar, about a 7/8 min walk. We are often visited by whales and dolphins, with many sightings in recent months. Check out Forth marine mammals on FB for updates. The local area is best viewed on foot, however with main road and rail links to major attractions, cities and events nothing is far away. From our back garden (which is undergoing major works, the end is in sight although it may not look like it!) a short walk across a small park and down 137 steps takes you to the gorgeous Pettycur Beach, it's only a few mins walk, walking back up the 137 steps fairly gets your heart pumping, you can walk round and avoid them! We do share the same water system, so if the pressure is low it won't be low for long...someone will be showering...
