The apartment contains 2 queen, 3 single, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, balcony. The building contains 4 x 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 x 2 bedroom with study apartments, includes free parking and sunny backyard. We have strict no smoking policy inside the apartments however, smoking is allowed on balcony and backyard. Each apartment is only for your use, with your own kitchen , bathrooms, laundry, balcony and living room. Sunny level and fully fenced backyard is shared between 6 apartments in the building. We welcome well behaved and supervised pets. You have the full and private use of a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, with free parking onsite and on the street, and use of the common back yard. We are contactable by airbnb app, email, phone, sms, viber, and we chat, etc between 9am and 9pm 7 days a week and other times in case you booked early check-in or late check-in, or in case of urgent need. We meet you onsite and show you things you need to know in the apartment and provide you with required information such nearest supermarket, etc. Spacious apartments with ample outdoor areas including fully fenced backyard. The Brighton Le Sands Beach is 15 minutes walk from the apartments, and Rockdale station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. All easy level walk. Or bus at door. Or drive to the beach in a couple of minutes with free parking onsite for any size vehicle. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the train station and there is a bus stop just outside the apartment building Wifi is unlimited and free. Baby cot, high chair, stroller are available if required, additional charges may apply, please request prior to arrival. We are pet friendly and use some feather filled quilts and pillows so it may impact guests with allergies.
