Comfortable, cozy, child friendly plus!

Our comfortable second floor bedroom, & second room for kids or extra guests; with nearby full bath (solely for guests). We are just 25 minutes from Joint Base Lewis McChord, minutes from the highway to Mount Rainier's Paradise recreation area, 10 minutes from the Western Washington Fairgrounds, and straightforward access to other area attractions. ***The second floor room with queen sized bed is very comfortable...solid drapes and blackout shades help block early morning sunshine. A full bathroom is directly across the hall. There is a pack-n-play for infants that can be placed in the guest bedroom Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Coffee is available in the morning. Space is available in the fridge and freezer for a limited amount of items. If you are staying more than one night, you will be given your own access code to the house. Weather permitting, the back deck and yard are a nice place to relax and kick back. Access to kitchen, laundry, dining, living, family, deck and yard areas are available for guests with stays of a week or more. We are VERY willing to work out any special needs! A second space is available for desk work, good lighting. Smart TV is available for viewing. Someone is usually home most evenings and early mornings. We love hearing stories of your travels and experiences. We also love sharing our family room for conversation and hanging out by the fire...***Be aware that we frequently babysit our two granddaughters, ages 8 and 4. We will respect your space, just please be patient with the occasional noise and mess of small children. We are at the end of a cul de sac, so traffic is low. We have a green belt around our backyard that helps with noise and privacy. Shopping and restaurants are within 15 minutes travel time. JBLM is 25 minutes away, normal traffic. Within 10 miles of the Western Washington Fair Grounds. Access to major highways is within 15 minutes. Mount Rainier is out our backdoor, an hour away! A car is necessary in our area for transportation. Unfortunately, the only type of pets allowed are dogs. PLEASE NO CATS, as that allergy is very present.
