Modern 4 bed home, 10 minute walk to the beach

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. There's plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a covered outdoor patio. Your 4 legged family members are also welcome. The property is fully fenced, we just request they are kept outside to help maintain the house to a high standard. Woodgate beach is also a dog friendly beach. Our guest book is filled with great feedback from guests who have enjoyed what the house has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need, there's a BBQ on the covered patio, aircon in the family room, games and movies. In the garage you'll find bikes you are welcome to use, dog beds/bowls. Guests will have the whole house to themselves. We do not live locally so the local Real Estate Agent in Woodgate helps us manage the house. Their normal booking T&Cs will apply. If you've never been to Woodgate, get ready to relax. Woodgate is a quiet town with a stunning beach surrounded by a National Park. It has managed to keep it's charm and is often described as a slice of paradise. Most of our guests spend their time on the beach or at the creek, walking, cycling, fishing and visiting the bowls club or pub. Whatever your version of relaxation is, you should be able to find it here... The pub and bowls club both operate courtesy buses. Nightly rate quoted is based on 3 night off peak stay. Discounts are in place for longer stays. Minimum 7 night stay required during QLD School Holidays.
