The property offers comfortable three bedroom accommodation for a MAXIMUM of 6 people plus one infant. Ideally located on the Cornwall Devon boarder giving you the opportunity to explore both counties so you will always have plenty to do. There are a range of Cornish beaches to choose from, south or north coast options, the closest being just over 15 minutes by car. Explore the stunning Whitsand Bay area with spectacular views from the coast road. The famous beaches in and around the Newquay area are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour drive. Enjoy day trips to the popular Cornish harbour towns of Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey, Fowey and Falmouth. The Eden project is always a popular destination. Further afield you have the option of standing at Lands End and you can even visit St Ives for the day. Britain's Ocean City, Plymouth, is just over 15 minutes by car. Dartmoor National Park and historic Tavistock are also within easy reach. Whilst staying at the property you will have access to a nearby members only leisure club, this is one of the best facilities in Cornwall and a great addition to your stay. You will have membership passes to cover up to 4 adults and 2 Children (up to and including 17 years of age) which can be used for the duration of your stay. There's a lovely indoor pool with fun slide for the children, a luxurious Aqua Spa for the adults, modern gym with plenty of equipment and space. The club has a nice place to grab a coffee or bite to eat so you can make a day of working out, relaxing and refuelling. For golfers, there's an 18 hole course set on the banks of the River Tamar making a picturesque setting. There's also a driving range and family fun crazy golf area. All food, drink and golf items are chargeable at the club. It is essential that you drive by car to the club, it's between 8 and 10 minutes away and really is a fantastic addition to your stay. Pet friendly (dogs only) means that before placing your booking and by prior arrangement we will consider a maximum of two small to medium sized dogs. An additional charge of £5 per night per dog will be made and is to be paid separately to the rental charge. Please note we do not allow puppies 12 months or under. Externally the property is fronted with an attractive Cornish stone finish. Inside, there is a more traditional style with beamed ceilings throughout the ground floor open plan living area. The accommodation is spacious and offers a real ‘home from home’ feel. Provided is a flat screen TV and DVD player, a washer dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. In addition to the family bathroom on the first floor, there is also a shower room and WC situated downstairs. The main bedroom has a King size bed, the remaining two bedrooms are twin rooms with two 3ft single beds per room. A Travel Cot is available on request and can only be put in the main bedroom, a £5 hire charge applies and will be charged separately to the rental fee. A High chair also available by request for £5 hire charge. There is one allocated parking space with limited additional available. Please note the maximum occupancy of the property is no more than 6 people plus one infant The home will be yours for the duration of the stay. Outside, additional space includes access to the whole of the Crylla Valley estate with landscaped gardens, large lawn areas for all to enjoy, a woodland walk, wildlife meadow and play park. Once you have arrived at your accommodation, please do not hesitate ask any questions that you might have, find out about the local area and request assistance should it be needed. We're always happy to help. Keys for access are available from our reception from 4pm onward on your day of arrival (opening hours vary seasonally) Should you be unable to collect your keys prior to reception closing and are arriving late you will be able to collect your keys from a lock-box. We will co-ordinate this with you. EMERGENCY out of hours contact details are to hand if required. It is essential you have access to a vehicle when staying with us so that you can make the most of your stay. Crylla Valley Cottages is conveniently located just off the A38 main link road in to Cornwall which means you will find it quick and easy to explore the region by car. Just over 15 minutes to Britain's Ocean City, Plymouth. Please note access to the property is via a set of steps.
