The flat is perfect for people coming to Manchester for work or travel. It is clean and with high ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, microwave and utensils. You will have your own shower but there is only one toilet. The living room is a lovely place to relax or work in. You are welcome to borrow a book, put a vinyl record on or stream your favourite shows. My partner and I look forward to welcoming you. Homely flat decorated in warm colours. Comfy chairs and sofa to relax in and cosy bedroom to rest at night. There's books, records and everything you'll need to cook with. Flat is within easy reach of the city centre and the main sporting venues in the city. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, dinning area, bedroom and communal garden. I work sometimes at home and sometimes in the office. I will be on hand to offer you assistance if required. Withington and Fallowfield are both a short walk away and have many cafes and bars. There are two supermarkets, numerous cafes and bars and a gym. Ladybarn park is 10 mintues walk and is a beauitful place to relax even in the winter. Five minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, ten minutes to the train station (Mauldeth Road) and fifteen to the tram stop (West Didsbury) making travelling around at any time easy. Roughly thirty mintues on the bus to the city centre and the buses run twenty four hours a day.
