Attic Bedroom with panoramic views

This light and airy space has oak flooring and en-suite shower room. The bed is 4'6" and low to the ground (due to sloping ceiling). Possibly more suitable for the young! This is the second guest room so ideal if party of four wanting two separate rooms. The room has table and chairs and a large window overlooking garden and paddock (containing pet sheep). There is also a small kitchenette for guests to prepare their own snacks. It is on second floor of main house. Guests are welcome to have as much or as little interaction as they choose. Cowbeech is a small rural village with one pub. Convenience stores can be found a two mile drive away and Hailsham (with its four large supermarkets) is 15 min drive away. Cowbeech has some lovely walks around and about - some circular. Herstmonceux Castle is a ten minute drive away and includes some interesting footpaths. The nearest beach is a 20 minute drive away, at Pevensey. A car is essential as there is no public transport. The south coast is a 20 min drive away and train stations are about 15 mins. Trains to London are every half hour and take about 90 mins.
