Located in a residential area close to Barcelona, ÁLAMO is a 30m2 apartment completely renovated. It has a 25m2 terrace with mountain views, 3 min walk from the train station and 15 min. from the center of Barcelona. The access is independent by an external staircase of two sections. It consists of 1 double room with private bathroom, 1 kitchen-living room. The sofa transforms into a double bed. It has access to the terrace. Light and tranquility abound. Nice apartment in a quiet area, with lots of light, a large terrace and well connected, 3 minutes from the train station, which reaches the center of Barcelona in 15 minutes. It has a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The apartment offers all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: air conditioning, heating, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, iron, microwave, kettle, fridge + freezer, hair dryer, bed linen and towels, plus internet access (wifi). American electric stove, as well as crockery and cutlery and kitchenware. Travel cot: included in the price. The ÁLAMO is exclusive for the guests. The entrance is independent and by an external staircase of two sections. There is no elevator. The host resides in the same house on the lower floor with independent access. There are some bars, a restaurant with Catalan and family cuisine, 2 food stores, pharmacy, hairdressers and bakery. A 3-minute walk from the ÁLAMO is the Rodalies RENFE train station (Line R4) that connects with the downtown of Barcelona in just 15 minutes. The step frequency is not greater than 30 minutes. Montcada i Reixac has train, bus and motorway lines that make its proximity to BCN and other towns unbeatable. So at a short distances the leisure options are unbeatable. Some examples: At 19.6 km (27 min by car on the B-20) you will find the "Parc Natural de la Serra de Collserola", where you can visit the TIBIDABO park. It is popular for its views over the city, for its natural spaces, and for its amusement park which is the oldest in Spain, the second oldest in Europe and the centennial and historical park of the city of Barcelona, where you can enjoy of more than 25 attractions. (Public transport can also be accessed by bus, Blue Tramway or funicular). In the "Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya" or Circuito de Montmeló there are competitions of Formula 1 ; MotoGP; Formula 2; GP3; F4 (Spain).
