Park Farm (The Little Barn)
The barn has been renovated to a high standard. It is situated in the grounds of Park Farm House, surrounded by gardens and fields in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Its high ceilings and a natural oak floor give the historic barn's interior a modern and inviting feel. The sitting room/kitchen is open plan with French doors opening onto a secluded private terrace with lights, table and chairs. There are plenty of beautiful walks, off-road parking, and free WiFi. The self-contained barn is separate to the Farm House. The interior is adapted to a high spec to meet modern living standards. There is air-conditioning throughout the barn, cable TV, and WiFi. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, micro-wave, cooker, coffee machine, and kettle- together with filter coffee, tea and other essentials. In the bathroom there is hand soap, hand cream, shower wash and towels. If there is anything insufficient please let me know. There is information on the local surroundings, including leaflets on local attractions and places of interest. I'm available to answer questions but will not be overseeing your every move.
