We proudly present our converted stables, which is a luxurious self catering let in the Forest of Bowland, an area of outstanding natural beauty with breath taking views over Pendle Hill. The property is perfect for families ,couples and the elderly as it is all on one level and fully equipped for children. It has a south facing, sheltered decking with wonderful views . Please speak to the owner re discounts for longer stays. This a really comfortable home with an eclectic mix of high quality fixtures and fittings. The towels ,dressing gowns and bedding are all good quality some (John Lewis) and lulu Guiness. A white company feather topper on the double bed.The kitchen /living area is perfect for families and celebrations ,were you can cook whilst family sit around the wood burner. The decking is south facing with fantastic views. Property more suited to families . All of the accomodation is available for guest use. At the weekend ,evenings and school holidays a large yard is also available for children to play and dogs to run. parking for 3 cars during the week. loads of space at weekends If you require assistance during your stay, the owners will be on hand to assist. In the event the owners are unavailable, alternative contact details will be made available. The owners are full of local knowledge and will be more than happy to assist. The property is a conversion from old stables. It is attached to the main house with it's own garden area. It is gated so it's pet friendly. There is a farm yard at the back of the property (not owned byFoxleyBank) With some tractor noise which can be quite early! There is also a school opposite which can be busy 3-4pm with coaches and cars.I will always do my upmost to make the accomodation ready before this time then you can g et in and settled.after 4 pm it's really quiet as are weekends and school holidays. 4 miles from train station in Clitheroe. A bus passes the house 3 times a day Wi Fi is available, however at present the signal is more suited to the Living room. We are currently looking into improving the signal throughout the let. 2 Free Baskets of firewood are available after which there is a charge of £5 per bag of kiln dried logs. Bunkbed room small and no ensuite,but they are adult size beds.Really more suitable for children.
