POOL OPEN FROM 15/5 TO 15/10 . The apartment is located in a quiet residence and surrounded by plants and flowers it has two pools, one of which is for children. It is composed of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower and washing machine, a small living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Externally a private garden with a veranda with table and chairs and a barbecue. Equipped with TV, Wifi, Air conditioning, Dishwasher In the garden, planted with olive trees, you can relax and sunbathe on the deckchairs. The house runs along the swimming pool, which is very quiet and can therefore be used easily. Outside the residence there is a private and numbered parking available. Market at 100 meters. Guests can freely use the swimming pool from 8 am till 9 pm. The only limitation is between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, when it is necessary to avoid noise in order to respect the afternoon rest. We live in the same complex and remain at your disposal for advice, information and any other needs Reachable in a few minutes some of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Sardinia: Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Capo Codacavallo. Within 10 minutes you can reach other beaches: Porto Taverna, Isuledda, Cala Suaraccia, Le farfalle and many others At 100 meters walk there is a small market complete with everything and newspapers, a rotisserie and a beautiful bar with outdoor tables where, if desired, you can have breakfast with fresh brioches or drink a glass of fresh wine. In a few minutes by car you can reach the lively centre of San Teodoro where you will find all kinds of bars and reestaurant and in summer evening also the famous Coclearia Market with artigianal products, live music and cultural events. 400 metera far from the house also stops the public bus that in 20 minutes allows you to reach Olbia and the airport.
