Chalet with magnificent lake view

The 4 room chalet is situated in domaine Grand Roc and sleeps up to 6 people. Furthermore there is a balcony over the complete width of the living room. A garden faces south west enjoying the sun for the most part of the day. Domain Grand Roc is perched at around 1030m with a view of the surrounding Alpine Mountains, lake Geneva and Switzerland. This Chalet faces both the lake and mountains. The 4 room chalet sleeps up to 6 people. The layout is as follows: entrance, an entirely arranged kitchen, bathroom and seperated toilet. In the souterrain there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed, the other bedroom has a double bed and also a bunk bed. On the first floor there is living room with fireplace. The third bedroom with ensuite has a toilet and sink. The surface amounts to 80 square meters. Furthermore there is a balcony over the complete width of the living room. A garden faces south west enjoying the sun for the most part of the day. The chalet is fully equipped. There is a fireplace, oven, washing machine, TV, music system and communal swimming pool. The beautifully landscaped outdoor heated pool of Grand Roc is available in July and August for the residents of this chalet. Thollon les Mémises is is unique because of its proximity to the lake (and the cities Evian les Bains, Thonon les Bains, Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux), the presence of it's ski resort and the serenity of nature. It is possible to rent bed linen, tea towels and bath towels during your stay for 15 € per person.
