Studio for one person available, 10 min. to the center of Lund by bus. Very comfortable, single bed. Room in very good standard, furnishing, internet, electricity available and included, laundry possibility. Own little kitchen cabinet, fully equipped. Big windows if you want to see outside and dark curtains if you need darkness to sleep. Peaceful surroundings. Private entrance. Welcome to my place! I offer you a nice room with full privacy and your own entrance. You have your own entrance but your bathroom is located in the shared part of the apartment. I offer you full privacy in my home but if you like, you are always welcome to join me for breakfast or dinner. I am at your disposition if you need any help. At a walking distance there are 3 grocery shops, pharmacy, postal office, bakery, church and medical center. The place is nice and quiet. Nice and quiet neighborhood with good transportation connections and bicycle paths. If you need a bike there is a shop in the neighborhood. Near by, we have several grocery stores. My place is close to Lund University Hospital and varies institutes, LTH, libraries, gym and swimming pool. Due to the hight risk of infection with cov19 in our country and my age I expect only quests who have been vaccinated with minimum 2 doses.
