Charming Little Villa in Le Marche countryside

Halfway from the seaside and the medieval center of Campofilone this 2-stored house features two wide and luminous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room, all completely renovated and finely decorated. The terracotta floors, wooden ceilings and balconies blend in with the lush surrounding of the private property with hundreds of olive and palm trees. Rolling hills, wineries, ancient villages and fruit farms are the trademarks of the Valdaso Valley, where the villa is. The beach of Pedaso is about 3 kilometers away with its historic fishermen's neighborhood, the lighthouse and the lovely Serrone mountain with its observatory , ideal for romantic walks or for the stunning sight of the Adriatic Coast. Along the Valdaso Valley are spread dozens of little towns featuring Medieval, Gothic and Romanic architecture as well as food and wine feasts since this area is rich in wine and homemade pasta producers. Guests are welcome to use the house at its fullest including the spacious green area which surrounds it, being part of our family's property. We live not far from the property and we are always available for help, suggestions or helping arrange daily trips to nearby towns and markets. It's worth visiting the nearby area by walk due to the richness in colors, smells and atmosphere. Pedaso Beach is reachable by walk or bike and the train station is about 3 kilometers away from the property. Daily trips to historic or seaside towns are easily made by bus, car i train. There's a local bus stop right in front of the entrance gate of the house. Being a private properties with its own land, privacy is absolutely garantueed. Our long time presence as a family in the territory makes it easy to feel like part of the the local community mostly made of families, farmers and wine makers.
