This wonderful place , owned by the same family for more than 200 years, can only be described as majestic , tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful. The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. There are almost 3 acres in which to wander and help yourself to any fruit that happens to be ripe . The house , pool and grounds are for your exclusive use . The owner can be on hand if needed . The property stands alone backed by a little used lane , so there is no chance of the peace and tranquility being disrupted by a nearby rave , noisy machinary or traffic. Guests will need to have their own car , but there' s plenty of parking space . Bikes would give unlimited opportunities to explore as long as you don't mind hills . Families with small children need to be aware that the grounds are open and rail free . So a warning would be wise before they inevitably start to explore and scramble .
