The Hay Loft - Unique accommodation- Cornwall

The Hay Loft is a delightful Cornish retreat nestled in the valley surrounded by farm land with views overlooking green fields. It offers light and airy first floor accomodation, private veranda and parking. Local attractions include the Eden Project, just a few miles via the Clay trails, Charlestown and Lanhydrock to name but a few which are a short drive away. The valley is a haven for wildlife with pheasants, owls, wild geese and deer. The Hayloft is a self contained one bedroom (double) apartment with private bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. It has views over open fields yet is secluded and not overlooked. There is off road and private parking for cars next to the entrance. Access to the property is via a long gated driveway. We like to be here to greet our guests on arrival and make ourselves available if they have any queries. We live on site and are happy to advise on places to eat, walk, and visit. Lavrean is a small hamlet about 5 miles outside St Austell and 6 miles from Bodmin. The Hayloft is next to the barn where the owners live, and is surrounded by farmland. If you want tranquillity and seclusion, yet still be close to attractions like the Eden Project, Lanhydrock, and the lost gardens of Heligan, then this is a great place to stay.
