Unfurnished 1-bedroom Apartment. Not even 5 mins off the highway, in a beautiful setting, our apartment room is ready and waiting for you, at an amazing price. There is a Stove, refrigerator and air conditioner in the apartment to help you settle in quickly. Laundry facilities are coin operated -- one on each floor! Please Note: Long Term Tenants will be responsible for the cost of their own utilities, Electricity, Water and Gas. On average it amounts to around $25 USD per month. These are individual/separate apartments so you will have a very comfortable home from home. There is a double bedroom, large lounge and the kitchen has a Stove, refrigerator and air conditioner and heating in the apartment to help you settle in quickly. Plus...Laundry facilities are coin operated, with one on each floor! But there are no beds, furniture or utensils. Access is through the apartment building main door, which is locked in the evenings. Has a key pad electronic access. The code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. The FREE WiFi is sufficient for basic surfing, social media and collecting emails, but not for bandwidth hogging continuous streaming services such as Netflix when occupancy levels are high. However, should you need lots of bandwidth let's say for working at home. We are able to put you in touch with the local service provider who offer a month-by-month service at a very reasonable price. We have Cable TV piped to the apartments there are 44 channels with a variety of things from sports to kids shows to drama You will be able to send and receive mail during your stay as there are mailboxes allocated for each apartment. Plus there is ample car parking space for all guests in our large car lot. Getting around the neighbourhood, we recommend the use of a car especially if you are going to travel around the State. Most amenities are within a short walking distance of the apartment building. There is plenty of parking space for each guest in our large, private parking lot. Our onsite manager(s) will greet you and see to any issues you have during your stay. There is a vibrant business district, churches, service organizations, emergency services and friendly people. Recreation activities include a swimming pool, Central Park with picnic shelters and playground equipment and Kuhar Park which is located on the scenic Cottonwood River. Red Rock Central High School is located in Lamberton. Lamberton is situated along Highway 14, just to the west of New Ulm. The Red Rock Central School District serves the cities of Lamberton, Sanborn, Storden and Jeffers. Campus is located just a few blocks north of the property. The Valley View Apartments are on the south side of Lamberton. This is an ideal location, being that it is right across 9th Avenue from our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, the community pool , and the local school. Being on the souther edge of town provides residents with beautiful views of the prairie. However the size of the town allows for walkability to any of the local retailers, entertainment options and amenities. A car is required for ease of access to the core downtown, but it's a small town. Many walk, its not far! Please drive to the back of the apartment complex for entry, as shown on the Airbnb map.
