Please do not send request for quarantine we do not accept bookings for quarantine This home is a self contained space of a Lounge Room, 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath Suitable for Family or couples who want to enjoy their stay from few weeks to a month. Enjoy the Swimming pool during summers and relax on the sun loungers. Charges apply to use swimming pool. Prior notice will also be required. Unauthorised usage would lead to a deduction in your amount. Self contained home with a kitchen to cook your own meals, lounge room with smart tv, wifi and air conditioning, 2 bedrooms one room with pool view both room have individual fans for cooling. All rooms are with warm lighting. Private gate to access the granny flat. I may not be available to greet sometimes when I am busy with kids but definitely available to answer your questions on messages. Please do not request anything after 7pm I can’t be available to come and attend at the unit but always a available on messages. Very quite neighbourhood. Just 5 min walk to the park, chinese restaurant, hairdresser and Grocer. Convenient Location: (2.3km) 6 minute Drive to Galleria shopping centre, 6 minutes drive to Coventry village for Groceries, cafes and restaurants Just a call away to book a taxi and 1km walk to bus stop and 2.5km drive to Bus Station (11.7km) 13min drive to Perth Airport There are no cleaning fees charged hence request every guest to clean the space before you leave, the toilet bin be emptied, the kitchen be left clean all utensils washed. The wooden floor boards have to be dry at all times door mats are provided. Toilet area to be kept dry. The Air conditioner has to be switched off every time you leave the house The outside light has to be switched off atleast by 10pm or before going to sleep. The clothes drying rack is only for shower towels please do not wash clothes in the bathroom and no drying clothes inside the house. For remote battery change kindly ask for batteries If rules are not followed please ensure that guest should be ready to pay for the same.
